The visit of representatives of the Moldovan development agency to Vojvodina Metal Cluster
In cooperation with the Development Agency of Serbia, we had an opportunity to visit Vojvodina Metal Cluster, one of the most significant clusters in Serbia that brings together 151 members. The cluster is result of the project funded by European Union. Management of the cluster introduced us with the work of the cluster, from the initial steps to date, four years after the end of the project.The purpose of the meeting was to understand the principle of establishing a functional and active cluster. Vojvodina Metal Cluster served as an example of good practice. Establishment of the cluster, legal regulations in Serbia regarding this type of association, cluster work improvement, continuous work with members, increasing of trust among cluster members and results achieved were explained in details.
There is a great opportunity for joint cooperation. In the following period, the cooperation between cluster and the Agency will intensify when it comes to knowledge exchange and experience, organization of business meetings of companies from two countries, participation at the fairs, etc.
